Dubai Culture x Art For Good Summer Heroes Initiative

On the 22nd of November 2019, Art For Good and Dubai Culture collaborated on the second Summer Heroes Initiative, which aimed to celebrate blue-collar workers in Dubai. Along with Beko Home Appliances, Happy Life Distribution and Talabat, 8 artists, myself included, went to a labor camp in Dubai to paint fridges with the workers who lived there. A truly beautiful moment where everyone worked side by side to create art. The fridges were then filled with food and taken to the living quarters to brighten up the space.
